Citizen Effect built a unique platform for civic engagement, allowing ordinary citizens to raise money for projects by leveraging their personal networks. We conducted an extensive external audit and kicked off the strategy they needed to find opportunities to engage new members via Twitter and Facebook. The results included a significant growth in their Facebook fanpage (six times baseline growth) and significant Twitter follower growth rates (three times baseline growth).
