EGPAF is the world’s largest nonprofit focused on the elimination of pediatric AIDS. They had recently redesigned their website and were ready to take the next step. Above all, the Foundation needed a social media plan with specific strategies, key targets, and the tools and platforms needed to reach segmented audiences. We completed a thorough discovery conducting extensive interviews with staff and executives, drafted a comprehensive social media strategy and built an internal team wiki to enable collaboration and planning among multiple teams.
